What QR Studio is, and what it is not

QR Studio hosts pages that people make. The owner of a page is responsible for what is on it and for anything sold or paid for through it. A Pay block on a page only opens the visitor’s own UPI app, or a payment service’s own page. We do not take, hold or move money, and we cannot reverse a UPI payment.

Report a page

• Every page has a Report this page link at the bottom. It takes a few seconds, and you do not need an account.
• A page that asks for money is hidden after two different people report it, and an ordinary page after five, until we have looked at it. We are told about the first report straight away.
• If a page is a scam, we take it down, block its UPI id and payment link so they cannot be used again, and take down any other page that uses them.

If you have lost money to a scam

1. Tell your bank or UPI app straight away, and ask it to block the payment and the receiver.
2. Call the national cybercrime helpline 1930, or report at cybercrime.gov.in.
3. Report the page to us and send the page address and the UPI id or link you paid. We will act the same day we see it.

Send a complaint or a takedown request

Write to support@nexforgelabs.co.in with the subject Complaint and the address of the page, what is wrong, and how to reach you. We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. Courts and authorities can send an order to the same address.
