Two ways to run a batch

From a list / CSV

One line per code: filename, data. Add a style column to give each code its own preset. Paste it in or upload a .csv.

Numbered series

A pattern with {n}, a start number and a count. Generates PROD-001 … PROD-250 for labels, tickets, serial numbers and asset tags.

Frequently asked questions

How many QR codes can I generate at once?

Up to 250 per batch, downloaded as a single ZIP. Run more than one batch for larger sets.

Can I download PNGs instead of SVGs?

Yes. In the ZIP output, switch the format to PNG and pick a size (512, 1024 or 2048 px). SVG is still the default because it's vector — sharp at any print size and much smaller files — but PNG is there for tools that don't accept SVG.

What file can I upload?

A CSV, plain-text or Excel (.xlsx) file with one row per code (filename, data). The first sheet is used. You can also skip the file entirely and use the numbered-series mode.

Can each code have a different design?

Yes. Add a style column to your CSV (filename, data, style) with a preset name, and it overrides the batch style per row.

What is numbered-series mode?

Set a pattern with {n}, a start number and a count — the tool generates PROD-001, PROD-002, and so on, no CSV needed. Good for product labels, tickets and asset tags.

Can I get a label sheet instead of a ZIP?

Yes. Switch the output to 'Label sheet PDF' and pick a layout — A4 Avery (L7160 21-up, L7163 14-up, square 24-up), US Letter Avery (5160 30-up, 5163 10-up), a plain cut-line grid, or a custom grid where you enter your own page size, rows, columns and margins. Each code lands on its own label across as many pages as needed, with the name or number printed underneath. Use the 'Copies of each code' field to repeat one code across a whole sheet.

Is it really free with no limit on batches?

Yes. It runs entirely in your browser, so there's no cost to us and no sign-up. The 250-per-batch cap is just to keep your tab responsive.
